*Note: I can see that I am still in 2011, near the end of the year
Numbers 13, 14 and beginning of 15
I debated leaving out number 13, we only dated a couple of times and he lost interest when he figured out that I wasn’t interested in sleeping with him for a rum and coke. Of course at the time, I didn’t drink, at all and thought that rum and coke was basically disgusting. I was mainly acting as a ‘winggirl’ for my friend that was dating his younger brother. They figured that if he was dating me, he would leave them alone. So…
13.) Mark, uh… something or other. saw each other for two weeks then decided it was time to move on.
14.) Charles W. Charles and I actually met the same night that Lee and I did. He was dating my friend for a while. (She only was in town for the summer and he was to tame for her anyway). I am really not sure how we got together. I think he called me when he heard that Lee had left town. They went to different school, but both played football, I think they met at football camp.
Anywho… we started dating. Not a lot to do where we lived. We mainly hung out at the park, in the gazebo, cuddled up in a blanket watching the stars. Eventually star watching lead to kissing and kissing lead to… absolutely nothing. I indicated that I was willing to go a little farther but he wasn’t ready. I guess. Of course he was a good Catholic boy, attending a private catholic school, where actual Nuns walked the hallways…. Of course it could have had something to do with the girl he starting dating right before Christmas, before we split up. Jerk. Breaking up with someone right before Christmas really sucks. There is the whole holiday things as well as a week break from school, which I thought we were going to spend together. We had a couple of ski trips planned and various other activities. I imagine he went without me.
So I was not really in the mood to party much when I went to a party with some friends on New Years Eve. I really wasn’t expecting to have any fun. However, I met number 15 this evening. It definitely was a New Years Kiss to remember!
